What is the return policy?
We want every customer to be genuinely happy with their purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You may contact us via official NOX email, or DMs on any official NOX social media platform.
We only accept returns if:
- The NOX gift set remains unopened, with the outer plastic sealing film fully intact and undamaged. Once your return request is approved, we will contact you to make the return process smooth and transparent.
- The NOX gift set has been opened, but one or more components (Including the NOX Traveller charging case, the vibration head, the suction head, the NOX male blindfold, the NOX female blindfold, the NOX card game, or the charging cable) does not function properly. (Please note: the issue must NOT be caused by human-induced damage or misuse)
We DO NOT accept returns if:
- The NOX gift set is opened and any component (Including the NOX Traveller charging case, the vibration head, the suction head, the NOX male blindfold, the NOX female blindfold, the NOX card game, or the charging cable) has been intentionally or accidentally damaged due to human actions.
- The NOX gift set is opened and any component (Including the NOX Traveller charging case, the vibration head, the suction head, the NOX male blindfold, the NOX female blindfold, the NOX card game, or the charging cable) has been used, or is returned in unsanitary conditions. (This is to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.)
- The NOX gift set is opened and any component (Including the NOX Traveller charging case, the vibration head, the suction head, the NOX male blindfold, the NOX female blindfold, the NOX card game, or the charging cable) is lost. All items must be present in order to process a return.
